myAT&T - Manage AT&T account

So, my cell phone and internet app is so slow and takes forever to do anything. You'd think with all the technology these days, it would work better, right? But nope, ever since the update three days ago, it won't even open properly - it keeps crashing on me. And to top it off, I can't pay my bill or change my plan in the store using the app, and I can't even remove extra phones from my account. It's frustrating 'cause this app is pretty important for getting stuff done, aside from just buying a phone.

I've been with AT&T for more than 21 years and I really like their in-store and customer service. However, their app has been a disappointment. Considering that AT&T is a big company, you'd expect their app to be top-notch, but it's full of glitches, very slow, and crashes often. It's frustrating that they don't seem to put in the effort to fix these issues. AT&T, please improve your app!

I put my login details for one account, and boom, it throws me to a different screen for the other account, claiming my info is wrong. So, I try logging into that account instead, only to be redirected back to the original account with the same 'incorrect info' message. It's like a never-ending loop! And just when I thought it couldn't get worse, I start getting alerts about my bill being overdue... Ugh!

The developers regularly update the app to ensure it is safe, secure, and running smoothly. I haven't experienced any crashes or bugs, just everything I need right at my fingertips. It's really straightforward and convenient.
