The app won't open despite giving permissions multiple times. It keeps asking for permissions and doesn't load. My other apps work fine, so it's not my tablet. This app is just buggy. AT&T should learn from Netflix. Netflix works flawlessly on all devices. That's why everyone loves Netflix, even me.

I really like that I can connect my ATT Uverse at home to stream on my phone. I've used the app on both Apple and Android devices, and it worked really well without any interruptions. I can even set up recordings from my phone to watch later when I get home. Streaming live from different channels is easy, and using On-demand feels just like being at home. The settings and menus are simple to navigate, making it a great app to use if you have ATT Uverse as your cable provider.

So there's this app and their customer service is just as bad. We have 3 Samsung tablets, all quite new but different models and sizes. We've tried downloading the app multiple times on each tablet, followed all their troubleshooting tips, but nothing works. When we reached out to their customer service, they basically said, "Maybe your tablet is the problem"... Seriously? All three of them? Thanks for the help and great customer service, not.

The app is not working properly and AT&T doesn't help with this product. It's not worth trying to get assistance from U-Verse. Spent an hour being transferred around different departments with nobody knowing about the product. The live TV function doesn't work due to a parental control issue (my account has it disabled). Trying to change parental controls in the app rejects my PIN, which AT&T verified. The remote control function also doesn't work. The app can't find any receivers to connect with. Note for AT&T: if features don't work or aren't supported by your tech team, don't include them in the product.

Excited to watch movie channels on my phone after switching to U-verse from Directv! But it buffers after 15 secs, then only audio. So annoying! Directv app works flawlessly. Suggestions: use Directv tech for better U-verse app. Right now, pointless to have it on my phone. Update didn't work for me. I have Samsung s10 plus.

I got the new Galaxy S10+ recently and I'm so thrilled about it. But, the uverse app isn't working properly, which is really disappointing. When I had the Galaxy S8+, the app worked perfectly fine. But now, when I try to watch TV on the app, it plays for 4 seconds and then freezes. It keeps buffering, no matter if I'm using wifi or cellular data. Sometimes, only the audio plays and the video freezes. Strangely enough, Channel 7 ABC is the only channel that works properly. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times, but it still gives me the same issues. All my other video streaming apps work without any problems. I hope AT&T can come up with a quick fix for this. Thanks!

Our family has had U-verse for many years. We tried different cable companies before, including major dish networks, but none lasted beyond the first term. Overall, we have been very happy with AT&T. The only recurring concern is the effort required every year to maintain the lowest possible rates. It's surprising that AT&T doesn't provide discounts for seniors or veterans to reward loyal customers like us.
