Facebook - Social Networking Platform

So, the Galaxy Fold 3 has this issue where the app looks terrible on the front screen because of the navigation bar on the left taking up a huge portion of it. It's really annoying because you can't see much and it keeps glitching, making it impossible to select anything. This problem has been going on for almost a month now, and there doesn't seem to be a solution in sight. Even if you uninstall and reinstall the app, you only get a short break of maybe a few minutes or an hour before it reverts back to its glitchy state.

Oh man, Facebook is usually so awesome for connecting with people, but gosh, the software can be really glitchy sometimes. I've talked to a bunch of folks who have had a problem here or there, but I seem to have hit the jackpot with a whole bunch of issues. Like, my notifications show up late or disappear altogether, my posts don't always show up as they should, and some messages never reach me. I've tried reaching out to Facebook support, but it's been a total bust. It feels like I've spent forever trying to make them understand that it's not my computer causing these problems (they've even been able to replicate some of the issues), but every time they try to "help," things just get worse. I think I'm done even trying to get help from them at this point.

It's frustrating when you can't find any useful content among all those ads and random videos fighting for attention. It's like a messy neighborhood market or event platform where nothing seems to fit together smoothly. They try to be clever but end up failing every time, so it's not even endearing, just really irritating. If you want to steer clear of spreading misinformation, you have to bookmark posts before checking out the links to ensure you read beyond just the headline, since the page refreshes when you go back...

Whenever I navigate away from my home screen and return to the app, it launches a new instance of the app, leading to multiple simultaneous instances of the same app running concurrently. This leads to increased consumption of data and battery power. This issue has persisted for several years on various Samsung devices despite attempting to resolve it by uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times without success.

Great app, but the missing thumbnail option is a drawback. I've been a long-time user of Facebook, and it's undoubtedly a fantastic platform for staying connected with friends and family. The app's user-friendly interface and the inclusion of features such as groups, Marketplace, and Rails enhance the overall experience. However, while attempting to review the app on the Play Store, I noticed the absence of a thumbnail option. As a user, I believe having a visual representation of the app would greatly aid in showcasing its features.
