The official Skool application allows you to keep in touch with your communities while on the move. It includes all of Skool's functionalities along with push notifications.

How to reset my password?

A) Logged in:

Click on the Skool Profile pic in the upper right corner, and then click on Settings.

Select the Account settings on the left navigation tab, and then click CHANGE PASSWORD

Fill in the old password. Populate the new password and confirm it. Then click on CHANGE.

B) Logged out:

Visit the reset password link: https://www.skool.com/reset-password

Enter the email address associated with your Skool account.

You'll receive a link to reset your Skool password. Click on the link to create a new password.

Log in with the newly set password 🙂

How to change my email?

Click on the Skool Profile pic in the upper right corner, and then click on Settings.

Select the Account settings on the left navigation tab.

Click on CHANGE EMAIL. Input your Skool account password, and input the new email address. Then click on NEXT.

You'll receive a verification code to your new email address. VERIFY the code. You are all set!

How to log out of all devices?

Click on the Skool Profile pic in the upper right corner, and then click on Settings

Select the Account settings on the left navigation tab.

Underneath the Sessions section, click on LOG OUT EVERYWHERE.

How to manage my notifications?

There are two types of platform notifications you receive. You can toggle both of them.

A) Group notifications: If you are a member of a group, you'll receive respective notifications for the group activity.

Click on the Skool Profile pic in the upper right corner, and then click on Settings.

On the left navigation panel, click on Notifications.

Toggle the Follow or Referrals notification at the top.

Click the CHANGE button for the respective group to change group notifications.

B) Follow notifications: If you follow members in a community, you'll be notified when they post. You can unfollow them and stop receiving the new post notifications.

Click on the Skool Profile pic in the upper right corner, and then click on Profile.

Click on the Following tab to view who you are following.

Click on the Following button, and then Unfollow them.
