I have an issue with my Dragon Shield sleeves, can you help?

Can I mix sleeves from different boxes on the same deck?

We recommend that you always stick to one box of sleeves per deck. Our dragons’ expert craftmanship ensures that sleeves in the same box will be uniform. However, the nature of plastic and the specifics of how sleeves are made mean that boxes from different batches may have slight variations in cut or feel. This goes for all sleeves, not just those forged by our dragons.

While these variations are usually too small to notice in a casual setting, we still recommend that you don’t mix and match sleeves from different boxes on the same deck – especially for competitive play.

My sleeves are splitting! Help!

Our dragons work tirelessly everyday to ensure that our sleeves are as tough as dragonly possible and live up to our high standards. However, even sleeves forged by dragons will split once in a while. Even a perfectly good box may have one or two unlucky splits. We always try to include a few extra sleeves in every box, so you’re covered if this happens.

However, if you experience more splits than this or if a split takes you below the promised 100/60 sleeves, our dragons are only a roar away!

My Art Sleeves have a scent, is that normal?

As part of the spells to protect the artwork, our Art Sleeves are given a protective coating, that may give off a scent. This is completely normal and safe for you and your cards and the scent will lessen over time and with use.

As a sidenote many players report that the scent reminds them of maple syrup, meaning that a possible side-effect is a noticeable craving for pancakes when you smell your sleeves.
