Unfortunately having to change a previously good review to a negative one. I have been using Wakey for close to 6 years now, with a couple of issues along the way but nothing serious until recently. For the past 4-6 weeks, the volume of the alarm app itself is getting turned down and resulting in missed alarms when I sleep with the alarm only 1-2 feet from my head! I am going to have to look for a new app, I don't want to have to worry about checking my alarm volume before bed every night.

Every update seems to make this app worse. They're now paywalling how many alarms you can have, I'm at 6 and cannot add more. The only perk to this app now is the Flip to Snooze, which isn't a common feature, but if I can't even create any more alarms to snooze in the first place this seems pointless.

I tried every alarm app out there and ended up finding this one to be the best. I left Timely alarm clock behind because of a frustrating bug that made it silent on several mornings, despite my settings being correct. Switching to Wakey's Alarm was a great decision. The design is visually appealing, plenty of features keep getting added, and it’s actively being developed. The free version works perfectly with all the basic alarm features. Premium offers weather updates too. It deserves five stars, truly top-notch!

This Android app is truly stunning and packed with amazing features. One standout is the clever puzzle that users must solve before they can turn off the alarm. I find Wakey to be great, but it's wise to keep the stock alarm app as a backup, just as the app suggests. A feature I would absolutely love to see is deactivation through NFC. Imagine having a tag in the bathroom or kitchen for easy access. Thanks for such a fantastic app!

The alarm blasts loud enough to wake the neighbors. I tried it out last night. Heard it but didn't feel convinced to get up. Set five alarms. No excuse for not waking, so I give it four stars. An idea came to me. What if pushing the moon requires doing it a few times? Just one swipe sends you right back to sleep.

This alarm app is the cutest I’ve ever seen. It gives off such refreshing vibes. I really enjoy using it. One downside stands out. The alarm doesn’t go off if the app isn’t open. That’s a bummer. The app needs to stay open all the time, which can be inconvenient. I wish they could change that. Aside from this issue, it’s seriously awesome. If keeping the app open isn’t a hassle for you, definitely give it a try.
