The application doesn't match the pictures at all. There's a lot of room for improvement. Riders should know customer locations when they accept orders. It's February 21st, and the interface looks really cheap. No map zooming when standing in one spot; it shows the entire Qatar map. The refresh system is lacking, and there's no option to extend shifts if we have last-minute orders. This is the worst version of the application.

Pickups take a while, and the distance fee is low. No waiting charge exists, so time spent waiting doesn’t pay off. You hustle hard, yet the money doesn't reflect that effort. They assign you a login zone, but soon after, orders come in from all over Dubai. After your shift, returning to your zone or room feels like a must.

I have a good phone and 5G internet. Before using this app, I received lots of orders. Now, orders are not coming in. It’s frustrating. Please fix the app to how it was before. Thank you. This app is great. Sometimes when I’m in the elevator, I get an order and my mobile network drops. It makes it hard to push through with the order. It would be amazing if something could be done about this. Thank you!

The app has problems. The phone keeps hanging. The app freezes too. Background location updates are a mess. During shifts, it’s frustrating when available shifts disappear in seconds. We need something different. It would help to see our next order before drop-off.
