The product doesn't work anymore. It's connected to Wi-Fi, but the app shows "not connected." I tried the troubleshooting steps from the manual, but nothing worked. I feel like I've wasted my money. I’ve had it for less than a year.

Great app! If the connection fails, just set your phone to "connect anyway" to join the Wi-Fi without internet. No big deal!

The headphones work perfectly fine, but that pop-up is so annoying! Each time I plug them in, it asks if I want to open a specific app. No, I really don’t! Even when I deny permissions, that pop-up still shows up. If I had known about this issue beforehand, I definitely would have chosen a different brand.

After the last update, the device won't connect through the app on Android. It's frustrating and makes it feel useless. However, it still works perfectly fine on iOS.

The ear cleaning camera used to be so much better. After the latest update, they removed the dynamic stability feature. Now the camera shakes like crazy. What was once a great tool now feels completely useless. It really needs a fix for the stability issue.
