Even when you tried to reset password, it prompts 'do you want to leave the page'. Requesting a fix for this problem.

Here's the situation - I'm using the app, then it redirects me to MyGov, which in turn takes me to Medicare. After I choose "submit and share," a page pops up telling me to download the app so I can share my certificate. The problem is, it doesn't seem to recognize that I already have the app installed. On a brighter note, I managed to download my mom's certificate onto her app without any hiccups, despite her having an older phone than mine.

You have the newest version of the app, uninstalled and then reinstalled it two times. Despite all your efforts, you're unable to add your vaccine certificate because a message keeps popping up saying that you need to install the app, even though it's already installed. There are no troubleshooting options, no help available online, and when you call for help, the line simply disconnects. This problem is occurring after months of the app not opening at all at the beginning of this year. If possible, you would rate it with a zero.
