Common Tips:

Ensure your phone and printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network to avoid connection failures or transmission delays caused by inconsistent network environments. 

Some printer apps also support scanning, copying, and faxing directly from your phone, eliminating the need to rely on traditional device panels. This is especially suitable for quick multitasking in temporary office or home scenarios.   

If your printer doesn’t have built-in Wi-Fi or AirPrint functionality, printing can be achieved through some apps via Bluetooth or USB wired connections:   

Bluetooth Connection: Suitable for short-range operations. First, complete printer pairing in your phone’s Bluetooth settings. Some older models require manual PIN code verification.   

USB Connection: Requires an OTG adapter to directly connect your phone to the printer. This method offers higher stability, particularly for printing large files or scenarios with high transmission speed requirements (e.g., high-definition images, PDF documents).
