1. Login Methods

- Village Chief/Village Leader, Local Administrative Personnel: Log in using username + password

- Ordinary Citizens: Log in via Line or Facebook

- Staff: Log in using username + password assigned by their organization

2. Reporting Disasters and Requesting Assistance

- Click the menu: Epidemic/Disaster Reporting

- Fill in the disaster information

- If you need emergency assistance, check the box indicating that you need help

- You can report your location using the map

3. View Rescue Progress

- You can view the rescue progress in real time.
