Simyo named best mobile provider for the 34th time
Hooray, we can look for a bigger trophy cabinet! In the first quarter of 2025, Simyo has once again been named the best mobile provider by the Consumers' Association panel. We are extremely proud of the recognition we receive time and time again. The success is mainly due to our consistent high scores on the quality of mobile calling, mobile internet and service.
How to win the award for best mobile provider
Every quarter, a panel of approximately 8,000 people assesses the performance of mobile providers in the areas of calling, texting and internet. Every month, the panel reports the number of disruptions and indicates their satisfaction with the provider every quarter. At least 50 panel members are asked to give an opinion for each of the different criteria. The provider with the highest score is named Best mobile provider of the quarter. Below you can see the list of criteria on which the assessment is based.

Why the Consumers' Association considers Simyo the best mobile provider
Simyo is rated with an average score of 8.4. The panel members, and we hope you as a reader, are generally very satisfied with Simyo. We achieve our best scores in the following areas: Provider rating (formerly General satisfaction), Customer service quality and Mobile calling quality. Simyo customers experience few problems and are not bothered by slow internet. In addition, there are hardly any administrative problems to mention. We like to hear that of course.

The internet has become so self-evident. We blindly assume that it is available anytime and anywhere. Until the moment that you just miss that decisive goal, cannot be understood during your important work meeting or your favourite series keeps stuttering. To prevent this, we at Simyo are very sharp on this. For example, customers rarely or never experience slow internet and there are virtually no disruptions.
