Oi_e - Oi Fibra management & support

Oi_e is the dedicated app for users of Oi Fibra internet. Through Oi_e, you can request assistance, view and download statements, modify payment methods, monitor requests, alter your Wi-Fi password, and much more.

In this updated version, we have incorporated notifications to enhance your experience. We will inform you when it’s time to update the app and if there are any maintenance periods that might affect access.

Some users are still utilizing features from the Minha Oi app. We will soon integrate functionalities from both applications to provide a more comprehensive experience.

Determine which app suits your needs better by identifying your profile: Oi_e or Minha Oi.

2.I HAVE SIGNED UP FOR THE INTERNET BUT IT HAS NOT BEEN INSTALLED YET

Please wait for the installation and try accessing the Oi_e application afterward.

3.MY INTERNET IS DISCONNECTED OR TERMINATED

Submit your request via email.

4.I POSSESS ONE OR MORE OF THESE SERVICES：MOBILE PHONE, TELEVISION, OR BUNDLE PLAN。

You can manage these services through the Minha Oi app.

5.I SUBSCRIBE TO OI'S INTERNET AND ALSO HAVE ONE OR MORE OF THESE SERVICES: MOBILE PHONE, TELEVISION, OR BUNDLE PLAN

You can handle your internet management in Oi_e, while other services should be managed in the Minha Oi application.
