iRISCO - Remote security control & monitoring

The app feels outdated. Suddenly, they decide to start charging for it. It’s odd considering the app has been having trouble connecting to my alarm lately. Other devices connect just fine, so it’s not an internet issue. This problem wasn’t this frequent before. I wonder about the payment structure. Will I pay for each alarm? That would get expensive quickly if I had to pay for installations on my phone, my wife's, my parents'. I reached out to iRisico for clarification but haven't heard back yet. Also, the excuse about costs from their announcement doesn’t sit well with me. In 2020, an app should be part of the equipment price.

The latest update caused authentication issues. Now access to the system is blocked. This inconsistency in performance is unacceptable. RISCO needs to help resolve this matter quickly. Once the warranty ends, local installers often have different priorities. This situation can’t be ignored.

The app really needs a feature to reset the alarm after getting a notification. Right now, you can only do it at the keypad, which is frustrating when you’re away. People depend on neighbors, and this could make things so much easier!

My panel has been offline for a full day now. I've had the Agility 3 for almost three years. It only occasionally disconnects, usually within 30 minutes at most. This time, though, it hasn’t reconnected at all after 24 hours. Nothing’s changed on my end. I checked the GSM settings; everything looks good. The SIM card shows a signal too. It’s pretty frustrating not being able to connect with my unit through the app.

Hey everyone, I have no clue what happened to your app. It was smooth and worked perfectly before. Now it takes forever to load and respond. This is insane! I can't think of any update that justifies the ridiculously slow performance we’re dealing with. Please make it right!

I bought a fitted home alarm and started using this free app to control it. Now, I found out that a monthly subscription fee will be required soon, along with penalties for late payments and fees for reconnection and cancellation. I refuse to be blackmailed. I will remove the alarm and replace it. I’ll uninstall the app and add Risco to my list of brands I will never buy again. I believe in voting with my wallet, and I encourage others to do the same. Goodbye, Risco and iRisco.

Great app! It functions perfectly. It would be so convenient to arm and disarm it from my watch.

I've set up quite a few Risco alarms, and I’ve been recommending them to property developers for years. Now I'm looking to buy more for different sites, but a recent email changed my mind. They announced a monthly charge for the app. That really put me off. The app should be free, especially when other companies like HIK Vision provide it at no cost. I'm now considering the Insight Gold app from Paradox instead for my alarm needs.
