Dragon Epic Idle & Merge Guide, Tricks and Tips: 

There are a couple of things you need to know as a beginner. The first thing is to manage dragons. You can have a number of normal and elite dragons on your screen; epic, rare, legendary, etc. In the upper left corner, below the level information, you can check the maximum number of dragons you can have in the battle firing area. To get the dragon, hatch the dragon egg in the lower right corner. You will be able to merge x2 dragons of the same level. From hatching, you get regular dragons. If you merge x2 high level normal dragons, you could get a rare/epic/legendary elite level. Elite tier dragons are the best, due to their DMG and HP stats. Discover dragons

There are two types of dragons; normal/common and elite. Normal rank dragons can be acquired by hatching eggs. Elite-rank dragons are classified into three sub-ranks; rare, epic and legendary. Legendary dragons are the most powerful dragons in the Dragon Epic game. Then epic, and then rare. (Legendary > Epic > Rare). You can check the tier list here –

Get elite dragons in Dragon Epic

To get elite dragons, you need to merge high level common dragons. For instance; Ludak (level 10 dragon). By merging x2 Ludak(s) or x2 Mega Ludak(s), you could get an elite dragon. The chances of getting a rare dragon are quite high, while the drop rate of epic and legendary dragons is quite low. Keep merging and eventually you will get all the dragons.

Evolving Elite Dragons

Unlike regular dragons, elite dragons can be evolved. All you have to do is acquire their duplicates by merging them. Evolving unlocks their potential abilities.

Get familiar with the progression

In the upper left corner, you can check the current stage and the maximum stage you have reached so far in the game. If your dragon team is defeated, you will be knocked back 5 levels. For example, if you are defeated at level 54, you will be knocked back at level 49. At the top center of the screen, you can check the wave status; the number of waves left to erase in that phase (3/3). And, just above this stat, you can check the time left to complete that stage. If you fail to clear the wave within this given time in the Dragon Epic game, you will be rewarded with a defeat.

Keep getting stronger in Dragon Epic

There are several ways to get stronger in Dragon Epic Idle & Merge – the first method is to fill all slots on the battlefield. As mentioned above, you can have a certain number of dragons on the battlefield – make sure you always have the best tier/level dragons on screen. The more dragons you have, the more firepower you have. And, the higher the number of high level dragonsthe stronger the team you have.

Keep merging: show high-level dragons on screen

The second method to get stronger in Dragon Epic game is to upgrade dragons. Tap the menu button in the lower left corner -> dragons -> normal/elite. We recommend investing gold in regular dragons and high-level elite dragons.

And finally, the third method to get stronger in the Dragon Epic game is to do research in the laboratory. Go to menu -> laboratory -> there you can spend stones and gems to research and get powerful benefits.

Master the lab system

Go to menu -> lab. There are two tabs; stones and gems. In both of these tabs, you can research technologies and unlock new bonuses. For instance; if you want to increase the number of normal dragons you can deploy on the battlefield, you will invest in researching the 2nd number, which is “Increase normal dragon team maximum”.

Getting Stones in Dragon Epic

Stone is the basic in-game currency that you can use in the lab. You can get stones by completing levels. Read the progression guide above to learn more about stages and waves.

Come back to get lots of coins

If you’re stuck on a stage and out of coins, then prestige. Tap menu -> go back -> get gold coins. Then invest the gold coins in dragon upgrades. Better to invest in elite dragons and high level dragons.

Get gems for free

Go to the shop by tapping the bag/fanny pack button. In the footer menu, go to the free tab. There you can watch video ad to get free gems. You can use gems to do research in the lab. Also, you can earn more gems by completing missions, achievements or from the daily login reward.

Find out how to level up

To reach a certain level, you have to pass a certain stage. For example, to reach level 7 in Dragon Epic Idle & Merge, you need to complete level 60. Tap the level bar in the upper left corner -> there you can check the level you need to pass to reach the next level.

Use the autoplay boost

Auto-Play ticket helps you to merge or merge dragons automatically. Also, dragons automatically hatch from eggs. In the center right, tap the auto button and use the autoplay ticket. You can purchase an Autoplay ticket by watching a certain number of video ads. Tap the shopping bag option on the bottom left and visit the shop.
