Tips and Tricks

Experiment With Different Hoverboards

While the default hoverboard in Subway Surfers is totally fine for racking up points and collecting items, enabling some of the boards with special abilities can really take your gameplay to the next level.

Some boards, such as the Trickster, let you Super Jump higher than usual. Another, the Mag-Neat-O board, has the Zap Sideways special power, which lets you teleport left and right almost immediately.

Here are the five different special powers that boards can have:

Double Jump: Tap a second time to jump again in mid-air.

Smooth Drift: You'll float down slowly when jumping rather than fall (kind of like Peach in the Super Mario games). 

Speed Up: Faster than the average hoverboard.

Stay Low: You'll slide under obstacles.

Zap Sideways: You instantly teleport to a new "lane" when you swipe right and left.

Tip: Each hoverboard’s special power appears under its name in orange text. If no power is listed, it’s just a regular board with a different look.

Skip the Ads and Still Get the Rewards

Watching the ads sprinkled throughout the menus in Subway Surfers is a great way to unlock items, such as keys, for free, but it can be rather time-consuming.

Fortunately, you can close some of the longer ads by tapping on the close or skip icon that appears before the ad finishes playing. These icons usually look like an x or an arrow in the upper right or left corners of the screen.

Tips: Don’t tap on the main area of the ad, as this can often take you to a website or even an app installation page.

Jump canceling in subway surfers you can swip down to cancel your jumps early.It is crucial in helping you improve your gameplay jump.You able to drop down and pick ups tokens for just a few extra coims. canceling,increases your vertical mobility making.You able to drop down and pick up power ups tokens.Once you equip a pair of super sneakers the jump cancelling becomes even more impotant as you need to control your jump arc and your air time in order to effectively maneuver through the trains tip.

2 Number two:power ups don't stick.Power-ups don't stack this one is kind of obvious.But surprisingly impactful to your overall score.So this means if you're stuck between choosing a magnet or double score multiplier .Just go for the one that you don't have.Another fun fact power ups don't drain if they're not actively used.So if you've got a hoverboard with a super jump ability or if you 're up there riding a jet pack your super sneakers won't drain.

3 Tip number three explore those rooftops.If you're nimble and a little bit lucky you minfht have experienced dropping onto a rooftop or a bridge after your jet pack expired well did you know that you can claso get on top of the little tunnel dividers that are dotted all through the level you can even find tokens and power-ups there it's pretty neat.

4 Tip number four coins equals points.Coins not only help you but your favorite characters in the hoverboards they also increase your score by around 50 points.So if you 're trying to bump up that high score must make sure to collect as many of them as you possibly can.
