Wow, it's really awesome even though there are still things that can be improved. For example, having all your medical history and necessary documents stored in one place, like being able to put your driver's license on a chip that is recognized everywhere. And later on, expanding this idea so that it can also be used as a valid passport.

Every time I try to open the app, it just closes and doesn't work.

It's frustrating how to activate it. I tried to activate it three times and nothing works. I don't get why they update an app with so many, so many errors. Also, twice they sent me a QR code that doesn't even work for the activation, such a waste of time 😡

That app is a disaster! It's full of bugs, completely messed up. It won't even open. It keeps saying there's no internet connection when that's not true. And when it finally opens, it just crashes on its own. In short, that app is a total failure.

Requesting a new QR code can be quite frustrating. It takes forever to generate a new QR code, and the chances of it actually working are almost nonexistent, forcing you to request another one. It is urgent to establish a method wherein citizens can access without needing a QR code. Username and password, two-step verification, security questions – any of these options could work. The whole experience is just awful. Please, listen to the people.

Our government made a slow app that only works when it feels like it. It's so frustrating, it hardly ever opens and functions properly.

I think it's a really safe and practical option. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

There is a great way to identify yourself without the need for physical documents or waiting for specific times to make contact.

Wow, what a headache! I've been trying to enroll in this app for six months now, and I keep getting the same error message, 603494. I've requested the QR code at least five times, reinstalled the app three times, hoping they release an update to fix it. It's frustrating that I am paying for a public service, the physical version is good for ten years, but this amazing digital version won't let me enroll. They really need to have better oversight over these state digitalization processes instead of letting amateurs handle it.
