How to Solve "Invite Collaborator" Not Showing on Instagram?
Don't schedule a reel when adding a collaborator as Instagram prohibits it. To address related issues, first switch to a professional account by going through Instagram profile > Settings and activity > Account type and tools. Then, enable "Allow tags from everyone" via Instagram profile > Settings and activity > Tags and mentions.

Change your account type to a Business or Professional Account.
If the "Invite Collaborator" feature is missing from your personal Instagram account, convert your account type to Business or Professional. Here's the step - by - step process:
Note: The user interface of Instagram is identical on both iOS and Android devices. The screenshots we're using are from the Android Instagram app. iPhone users can follow the same steps to change their account type.
Navigate to your Instagram profile, then click on "Settings and activity", next select "Account type and tools", and finally choose "Switch to professional account".
Allow People to Tag You on Instagram
Are you unable to receive collaboration requests from other Instagram accounts? Do your friends frequently complain that they can't find you to collaborate on a post or Reel? Then you should enable the option to allow everyone to tag you on the platform.
To do this, go to your Instagram profile, then select "Settings and activity", next click on "Tags and mentions", and finally enable "Allow tags from everyone".
Add Collaborator and Save as Draft
As proposed by a user on Reddit, a particular way of saving your post as draft might resolve this issue. However, this solution was recommended exclusively for Reels.
Step 1: Launch Instagram. Navigate to your Reels draft. Eliminate the music from your Reel. Then, extend an invitation to the Collaborator. Finally, save the draft.
Step 2: Return to your draft. Incorporate the music once more. Subsequently, post your Reel in collaboration with the invited party.
Clear Instagram Cache
Instagram accumulates cache in the background to enhance the app's performance on your mobile device. However, a corrupted cache can result in issues such as being unable to invite collaborators on Instagram. In such a case, you will have to clear the Instagram cache and then attempt the action again.
To clear the cache, open the Instagram app info, select "Storage and cache", and then click "Clear cache".
