    The separate app for finding a scale feels unnecessary. Integrating it into the main app would make more sense. Downloading two apps just for this simple task is frustrating. The login process adds to the trouble. It takes you to a browser for password resets, then back to the main app to log in again. Everything feels clunky and disjointed.

    The app worked perfectly for years. Then, suddenly, it prompted me to register at some payment platform. That was the turning point. No clear instructions anywhere. Frustration set in. So, I uninstalled it.

    The first attempt at the scale didn’t go well. At the Gilroy, CA location, it got stuck on the connecting to scale screen. Nothing happened. I pushed the button and had to head inside for help. I reset the app and gave it a few more tries, but still no luck. It feels unreliable. I’ll give it another shot, but doubts linger.

    The app stopped working for me. I used it for over a year without any problems, but now it won't connect to the scales. Super frustrating! *UPDATE* CAT reached out to me right after I posted my review. Fingers crossed that they've fixed some bugs. Their customer service is excellent! I'll provide another update once everything is back to normal.

    Yikes, what a mess with the app! Everything worked fine before, now it’s a total nightmare. It just sits there searching for updates for ages. Getting a GPS lock? Forget about it; that takes forever. And if you manage to get through all that waiting, logging in feels like a never-ending journey too. We’re talking ages. Then after that, weighing the truck takes so long, it’s like watching the sun countdown to its end. So frustrating! Whatever happened, it needs to be fixed ASAP.
