The app doesn't let me in when I use data, I always have to be connected to wifi. Besides that, I love it. Switching to Weex was an excellent decision, my balance lasts a lot and the packages they offer are quite cheap.

What a great phone provider and app! The best prepaid service, you have total control. Strong signal in urban areas; great prices, especially for specialized packages. My only issue is that I want all of them. Outstanding customer service. Once I switched phones, forgot to update the settings, left a negative review but they responded quickly, guided me well, and I was happy with the outcome. I just wish they'd send me a new SIM card as mine seems quite old now.

The service is great, the coverage is basically the same as Movistar and the mini-packages are cheap. The best thing about it is the customer service through chat. Some tips for new users: the wait time for the SIM card is 20 days (even though they advertise 2 weeks or less depending on the location). You can turn off and on data usage from the app, so you can stop background apps from using up your balance.

Listen up, for those who notice their balance decreasing without reason. I signed up for a 60-minute plan for calls and texts for one month, knowing that messages are charged as minutes and calls by the second. Just 20 seconds before my plan was about to end, they didn't tell me that the messages I have been sending are being deducted from the balance I've added to the account. I only realized this when I had no money left. Their excuse? The plan hasn't ended yet because of those 20 seconds, so they can't alert me. It's a rip-off.

Great operator to choose exactly what you need for your cell phone package. In my case, since I use the phone line very little, I don't necessarily have to top up the balance.
