Why can’t I see my booking in the app?

We are working hard to migrate all our hotels to a system that supports the app. Please note, however, that there still a few hotels that are not yet compatible and these are thus not displayed in the app even if you have a booking. This applies to the following hotels:

Can I request a receipt for a previous stay?

You should automatically receive a receipt for your stay. If you don't get one an additional receipt may be requested by navigating to your "Previous" stays in the app. Select "Get receipt" and it will be sent to your preferred email address. Please note that additional receipts are available at the earliest 24 hours after you check out and are stored for up to one year at most of our hotels. Some hotels may have a shorter period of storing receipts due to system changes.

How can I cancel a stay in the app?

Some bookings can be canceled directly in the app. Select the booking that you wish to cancel, navigate to the "My booking" tab and select "Make changes". You can then choose to cancel your stay. If you believe that it should be possible to cancel your booking, yet the "Cancel" button is not appearing, then please contact our Customer Service for assistance. Please note that if you have booked a room through a third party booking service, you need to cancel your booking through their services.

Why do I see a different booking number in the app than is listed on my confirmation?

This can happen if you have booked your room via a third-party provider rather than our website or app. But don't worry, you're booking is confirmed and you will get the same great level of service regardless of how you booked your room!

    Struggles started back in 2020. If I hadn’t reached platinum status, I would have switched to another chain by now.

    The app drives me crazy. Every single time I send feedback, it crashes and gives me an “Oops, something went wrong.” So here’s my take: the free coffee membership perk really misses the mark. It’s one of the worst ideas I’ve seen from any hotel chain. At places like AX and Clarion, they brew coffee in the morning for breakfast, then leave it out until 5:30 PM. It ends up stale and cold. They should just post brew times and make sure it stays fresh or scrap it altogether.

    The app feels glitchy. It labels me as both a gold and silver member. Confusing and frustrating. The bonus points situation makes no sense. Honestly, I've lost interest in figuring it out.
