How to Update Your Profile Information

Depending on whether your airline is a partner of ID90 Travel, the way you update your profile information may vary. Some fields can be updated directly on our platform, while others require assistance from your employer or identity verification.
Below is a breakdown of what you can and cannot update, and how to proceed:
First & Last Name
✅ Partner Airline Users
Your name is provided and managed by your employing airline.
ID90 Travel cannot update this information.
Please contact your airline’s HR or Pass Travel Department to request any name corrections.
✅ Non-Partner Airline Users
You can request a name update, but we’ll need to verify your identity first.
To proceed, you must provide:
A government-issued photo ID
Proof of your airline employment (e.g., airline badge)
Email from your airline's email domain.
The name on both documents must match the name being requested.
If the documents are incomplete or mismatched, we will not be able to process the change.
Employing Airline
This field can only be updated by non-partner users.
If you need to update your employer name, ID90 Travel will need to verify your identity before making the change.
Please ensure the airline you're requesting is not a current ID90 Travel partner, as partner airlines must manage this data internally.
You’ll be asked to submit:
A valid photo ID
Proof of your current airline employment
Email from your airline's email domain
Date of Birth (DOB) & Date of Hire (DOH)

✅ Non-Partner Airline Users
DOB and DOH are entered by you during your first flight listing.
You can update:
DOB from your Profile page
DOH when processing a new listing in the passenger details section
Employee Number

✅ Non-Partner Airline Users
To update your employee number, we must verify your identity.
Please provide:
A photo of your airline badge showing the correct employee number
A valid government-issued ID
Email from your airline's email domain
If the number is already registered to another user, the update cannot be processed.
How to Update Your Mailing Address

Need to update your mailing address in your ID90 Travel account? It’s quick and easy — as long as your airline allows it.
Two Possible Scenarios
Before you begin, check whether the Mailing Address field is editable:
✅ If the field is editable (not greyed out), you can update it yourself through your account
🚫 If the field is greyed out, your mailing address is managed by your employing airline, and any changes must be made through your HR or Pass Travel Department

Click Update to save your changes
