Click 'Fast Ticket' in the app and buy tickets for the same lines as your previously planned trip.

Can I buy public transport tickets for more people?

Yes, add passengers, buy more tickets, all in one app. This also applies if you have a travel bundle or are traveling for business. Read how it works here.

Where can I find my booked trip in the app?

You can find booked trips in the app menu under "My Tickets." Your ticket is visible in the app for 30 days and on your home screen as soon as your ticket is valid/active.

Can I also travel abroad with Glimble?

With Glimble, you can currently travel within the Netherlands, to various locations in Germany, and to Trieste (Italy).

Can I also plan a trip if I'm traveling in a wheelchair?

Glimble also provides travel advice if you want to travel in a wheelchair. You can immediately see which travel options are wheelchair accessible in the planning overview.

How can I quickly see which transport options are available nearby?

In the menu, go to "Nearby." There, you'll find a map with an overview of the transport options near you. Easily change your location on the map and see which transport options are available near your destination.

Can I plan and book my trip in advance?

Would you like to plan and/or book your trip in advance? You can, up to 30 days in advance. This way, you can already plan your trip and buy tickets.

Is it possible to buy a return ticket?

It is not possible to buy a return ticket. Through glimble, you get personalized travel advice, so the best travel option for both your outbound and return journeys. This may be different for the outbound and return journeys, allowing you to travel flexibly.

Do I need to print my ticket to travel?

Printing is not necessary (and not possible). You can find all your e-tickets clearly organized in the app under "My Tickets." This way, you'll never lose your ticket! Your e-ticket also opens any access gates at the train station.

    I downloaded this app half an hour ago. The design is terrible. I managed to buy a ticket though. I scanned the code, and the driver asked me to scan it again. A couple of stops later, he approached me, saying my ticket had already been used. How did that happen? I could stay on the bus, but it felt really uncomfortable. It would be great if you could see what time and which bus your ticket was scanned on. Getting kicked off the bus for having the wrong one sounds stressful.

    You're having trouble with adding your payment method. Every attempt results in a notification saying something went wrong. This situation prevents you from using the platform. Frustrating, isn't it?

    That app is really frustrating. It crashes all the time. The info isn’t current at all. And Arriva, wow, they cancel trains and buses with hardly any notice. It throws everything off balance. Plans just fall apart because of them. So disappointing!

    On November 10, 2023, frustration bubbled up. The app ignored the train arriving in five minutes, an Arriva service. The first glance offered disappointment once again. Five minutes later, finally boarded that train. Such a pity. Huge potential but poor usability. The app failed greatly in precision. Even during the Arriva strike, it insisted trains were running as usual. Meanwhile, the NS app displayed accurate information. Time to delete this one.

    People should promote it more. Annoy everyone with constant reminders. That’s why I won’t use it at all. It defeats the purpose, really. And @Hillie, I have no intention of engaging since you’ve made yourself irrelevant.

    Travel advice can feel great at first. Then the execution hits hard. Live tracking often misleads and misses the mark. Suggestions for getting from Home to Work rarely hit the sweet spot. They propose routes that stretch way longer than necessary. After a break from the app, the updates drag on. Even on good Wi-Fi or solid 4G, it seems like forever. Switching stops in the map view feels like a puzzle. Sometimes one stop gets stuck under another, making adjustments a hassle. Right now, using the app brings nothing but frustration.
