FAQ

I've lost or had my KorriGo Services card stolen. What should I do?

We invite you to visit one of the STAR agencies or the KorriGo Space.

If your KorriGo Services card is not found, it must be blocked so that no one can use it in your name.

Please note: If your KorriGo Services card is lost or stolen, it is not possible to order or replenish a new card online. You will need to visit one of the STAR agencies or the KorriGo Space. Replenishing your KorriGo card will cost you €8.

*Replenishment and loading of tickets are only possible for personal and shared KorriGo Services cards.

How does the rechargeable ticket work?

The rechargeable ticket is:

Rechargeable

You can obtain and recharge it at metro ticket machines, on board buses from bus drivers, at STAR partner merchants and agencies, and at the Espace KorriGo.

Contactless

Simply hold it near the validators on the bus or metro to validate a ticket.

Multi-validable

You can travel with several people using a single rechargeable ticket.

Reusable

It can be used multiple times, hence its cost of 10 cents.

It has a 3-year lifespan.

Good to know:

The rechargeable ticket can only hold 1-trip and 10-trip tickets, 1- and 3-day PASSES, as well as the Multi-pass and the Air Quality PASS.

However, you cannot load different types of tickets: you can load either travel tickets or PASSES. You must completely empty your rechargeable ticket to be able to change your plan.

I purchased a ticket using my credit card. How can I find my proof of purchase?

Note: This service is only available for travelers who validate with a physical credit card. Proofs and history are not available for travelers validating with another device (smartphone, smartwatch, etc.)
