LOGIN AND REGISTRATION

- Create an account on the app by entering your email address and setting up a unique password. You can also log in using your credentials from the online ticket sales platform. The app and portal work together to offer a seamless experience for purchasing POLREGIO train tickets online.

- If you are eligible for any discounts on train rides, please select them. This way, you can enjoy more affordable travel across Poland!

- Enter your date of birth so we can better identify the discounts available to you. Some special offers may depend on age factors.

- Provide your full name. The information you share is secure and used solely for ticket issuance. All transport providers require passenger names to appear on tickets.

- That’s it! Now you can explore our comprehensive database of train routes, schedules, and travel destinations!

PURCHASE TICKETS IN THE APP

- Specify your departure and destination stations. Choose from 1,900 stations serviced by POLREGIO trains. You can also include an intermediate station in your itinerary.

- Look for connections at a time and price that suit you best!

- You also have the option to transport goods and animals along with your ticket.

- Finally, select your payment method – either by card or via BLIK – and you're done!

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

- By selecting "Stations" in the menu, you can view scheduled arrivals and departures from your chosen railway station.

- In the "My Tickets" section, you can review your complete history of previously purchased regional train tickets on POLREGIO.

YOU and one, two, three!

This offer is designed for those who prefer not to travel alone. If you are traveling with one or two companions to the same destination on the same train, you can benefit from this discount. The first traveler buys a standard ticket at the regular rate or with an applicable discount. Additional travelers can purchase their tickets at approximately 30% cheaper than the standard fare.

REGIOcarnet

A single ticket allows unlimited travel throughout Poland for three days! The REGIO carnet is a personalized ticket enabling unrestricted journeys on REGIO trains. It can be used on any three days of your choice within two consecutive months.

REGIO card

A personal discount card aimed at frequent travelers.

- About 30% off single tickets for any route (RAZEM tariff).

- Approximately 15% off season and network tickets (RAZEM tariff).

The annual REGIOcard costs PLN 175, while the semi-annual version costs PLN 105.

* If your REGIOcard has expired or is nearing expiration, you may purchase a new one with a 20% discount, making the annual cost PLN 140 and the semi-annual cost PLN 85.

In short

POLREGIO is the largest passenger carrier in Poland. Every day, around 2,000 trains ordered and financed by provincial governments leave the tracks throughout the country. In 2024, nearly 101 million passengers used POLREGIO services. POLREGIO trains stop at almost 2,000 stations. The company's share in the rail passenger transport market remains at around 25%. The majority shareholder of the Company is Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A. (50% and one share).

Our history

1.10.2001 - creation on the basis of the PKP Passenger Transport Sector - PKP Przewozy Regionalne sp. z o.o. provides services throughout the country based on 16 plants.

1.12.2008 - transfer of the entire segment of inter-provincial express connections to PKP Intercity S.A.

22.12.2008 - transfer of the Company's shares from PKP S.A. to the local governments of all provinces, thus leaving the PKP S.A. Group.

8.12.2009 - formal change of name to Przewozy Regionalne spółka z o.o. by removing the PKP abbreviation. This change was accompanied by rebranding, which began in mid-November 2009: new logo, new corporate colors (blue, navy blue, green).

1.01.2014 - in place of the previous structure of plants - creation of 14 branches and the Rolling Stock Repair Plant based in Kruszewiec.

4.11.2015 - acquisition by Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A. of the majority of shares in the company (50% and one share) and leaving the remaining shares to the local governments of all provinces. Commencement of the comprehensive restructuring process of the Company.

10.11.2016 - adoption by the Shareholders' Meeting of the decision to introduce the new consumer brand POLREGIO to the market. On 8 December 2016 Przewozy Regionalne sp. z o.o. officially presented the elements of the new visual identification, including the logo and company colors.

31.12.2016 - recording for the first time in its 15-year history by Przewozy Regionalne sp. z o.o. positive financial result at all levels, generating profit of over PLN 51.2 million.

11.09.2018 - inauguration by the new brand POLREGIO of the nationwide educational campaign REGIObohater under the slogan "Poland is strong with the strength of regions", which was covered by the National Patronage of the President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda on the Centenary of Regaining Independence.

31.12.2018 - successful completion of the Company's restructuring process.

23.01.2020 - change of name from Przewozy Regionalne sp. z o. o. to POLREGIO sp. z o. o. in order to unify the Company's name with the current visual identification based on the POLREGIO brand.

3.09.2020 - exit from the definition of a Company in a difficult economic situation.

12.12.2020 - completion of the process of concluding PSC agreements with 15 Voivodeships, most of which, for the first time in the Company's history, were signed for 10 years.

20.04.2021 - issuance by the European Commission of a positive decision regarding the co-financing of Przewozy Regionalne sp. z o.o. by Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A. in the amount of PLN 770,303,500, which took place in 2015, admitting that it complies with EU state aid rules.

1.12.2021 - change of the legal form of the conducted business consisting in the transformation of POLREGIO spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością into POLREGIO Spółka Akcyjna.
