My Spectrum - Internet & cable management

I can use an app to check if my service is working and reset my modem from my phone, which is convenient. Though I prefer to unplug my modem for five minutes to reset it manually, having the option in the app is a nice alternative. I enjoy being able to view all the devices on my network from my phone instead of using my computer. Overall, the service isn't great, but it's a bit better than what competitors offer in my area. It's a bit disappointing, though.

Yikes, this app just keeps getting more annoying with each update. I mean, now you can't even smoothly check your voicemail because it directs you to a clunky web page that doesn't look good on your phone. And the way you have to sign in is a mess too! It's like the app doesn't want to work with your fingerprint or face ID properly, so you're stuck inputting your info every single time. If I could, I'd totally give this app zero stars.

So, you know that TWC app we all relied on for weather updates? Well, they went ahead and made it less useful by taking away important features. That recent update basically got rid of most of the good stuff and instead just sends you to the Spectrum website for almost everything, and to top it off, some of those links don't even work properly. It's like they did everything you shouldn't do when updating an app.

Oh man, the user experience is just terrible. It's like one of those super annoying moments when you keep getting unexpected errors, or when you're stuck in this loop with the software paths that always lead back to the beginning. And don't get me started on the instructions! They don't even make sense half the time. Spectrum feels like a confusing mess of bad software design – it's just way too complicated. I doubt anyone higher up in management has actually bothered to try using the site themselves, otherwise, they'd totally understand why customers despise Spectrum. All you see are those annoying ads trying to squeeze out as much profit as possible.

The app is super user-friendly! I managed to download it and pay my bill in just 5 minutes, which was so convenient. I have a Samsung s7 with Android 8.0, and everything worked smoothly. There are some cool additional features in the app that I haven't tried yet, like the wifi network option. I've heard from friends that they find it really helpful and effective. I'll keep you posted if I encounter any problems.
