Mornify - Music Alarm Clock & Tool

This app has potential. It deserves three stars for now. The alarm issue is frustrating. Alarms go off at odd times. A 5 AM alarm might sound at 5:02 instead. Sometimes the alarm doesn't ring at all. This leads to multiple alarms, hoping one actually functions in the morning. That’s a major problem. Fix this, and I might think about reinstalling.

This is so frustrating! I just want to wake up to my favorite songs on YouTube Music. Instead, I deal with this tedious playlist situation. I have to search for each song and hope the app recognizes them. It's ridiculous! And to top it all off, I have to pay $4 just to access this feature. Honestly, I would rather have my money back.

When I signed up for Spotify, I hoped it would come with a nice wake alarm that slowly fades in. Turns out, it didn't have that! Before deciding to cancel, I looked through the app store. That’s when I discovered this fantastic little app. It exceeded my expectations! Now, it gives me yet another reason to stick with Spotify instead of going free.

It was amazing at first. The alarms rang loud and clear. Recently, things changed. Notifications come through, but the music doesn't play. I miss many alarms because of this issue. It's frustrating. Plus, there's no option to pick the specific part of a song for the alarm. I really want to wake up to the chorus of BTS’s “Fire,” but that choice isn't available. It feels limiting.

Forget downloading that app. It just doesn’t work anymore because of the endless ads. Sometimes it functions, but you can’t trust it to do so. It used to be great, but then they filled every space with advertisements. You might miss your alarm because an ad hijacks the screen when you try to set it. The greed took over and ruined what was once a solid app.

I got this app hoping to use my M3U playlist files for randomized alarms or to make new playlists from my local files. I was disappointed when the search only pulled from an online database. There’s no file explorer either. This isn't what I need. The app seems like the best option out there otherwise.

I used to love this app, but then I switched away for a while. I kept dozing off, needed something to help me wake up. So, I decided to give it another try and re-downloaded it. Now I'm feeling really disappointed. The new updates changed everything. I can’t even search for a song anymore. Instead, I have to scroll through someone else's playlist just to find one track I like. It's frustrating!

The alarm rang perfectly a few times at first. Then, suddenly, it just stopped making noise. I woke up randomly one morning and noticed the screen flashing with the alarm, but silence filled the room. I fiddled with the volume settings, checked if my phone was on silent, tried everything I could think of, but still no sound. It felt strange. I wondered if I had accidentally changed something or if there was some glitch.

This app really shines, but getting it set up took some time. Now it runs pretty smoothly, except for one huge annoyance. When I stop my alarm, the default Mornify tone keeps playing. The only way to turn it off is by opening the app and then closing it again. It drives me crazy, and I hope they can sort it out soon!
