Zity definitely knows how to play with time! Picture this: You drive for just over 5 minutes, from 9:55:59 to 10:01:01. However, when the bill comes, they charge you for a full 7 minutes. Their trick? They round up from 9:55 to 10:02. Quite a sneaky move!

Generally good. Sometimes the time shown to reach a Zity differs quite a bit from reality.

Everything looked great except for a few small issues. The phone charger didn’t work, and the app made it tricky to check for damages when picking up the car. Not that important, but still an annoyance. When we parked the car, I tried to use the app to leave it parked at a reduced rate. It didn’t give any feedback after several attempts. I assumed everything was fine after pressing the button a few times. But then I found out they charged my card $0.26 for every hour instead of the expected $0.09. Quite a surprise!

The app worked great, but now it won’t install on my Pixel 5a with Android 12. Really want to use Zity, but this is frustrating.

The service is fantastic, but the app is a big letdown. Adding damage before getting into the car feels impossible; it's frustrating to spend so much time trying to do it with no success. Other car-sharing apps ask for a cleanliness rating, but this one doesn’t bother. After a drive, I can't report specific issues or damage directly; I ended up putting everything in the comments box. Who knows if that feedback actually reaches anyone? It seems like Zity is missing out on important information to maintain their cars properly, and it shows. No wonder there are so many damaged vehicles out there.

This app is a total disappointment. I gave it two stars because of the improvements in the new version, but it still doesn't run smoothly. It just doesn't meet expectations.

It's easy to use. The user experience is fantastic. The cars are really practical.
