This app allows users to plan their trips, receive alerts about service disruptions, explore public transportation timetables, or navigate the city with detailed transit maps. It caters to both daily commuters and tourists by enabling the saving of frequently used routes, stops, and itineraries in a favorites list for easy access. Additionally, the app can guide users to new destinations, whether they are venues or addresses. Most features can be utilized offline, making it convenient for urban navigation without relying on mobile data. Downloaded schedules occupy minimal storage space, and offline journey plans are generated quickly.

In Budapest, the application provides real-time updates sourced from BKK FUTÁR, showcases suburban train services run by MÁV, and includes locations of bicycle rental stations connected to Budapest's bike-sharing system, MOL Bubi.

Users transitioning from Budapesti Menetrend, Debreceni Menetrend, Szegedi Menetrend, or similar applications can easily transfer their saved favorites to this new platform.

About the schedule.app

Our first app was launched in Debrecen 12 years ago. It was born from a simple need: as students, we wanted to get from point “A” to “B” as efficiently as possible, without having to spend long minutes browsing the map or timetables.

The application has come a long way since then, now available in 87 Hungarian cities and downloaded by nearly one million people. In the meantime, we have expanded it with numerous features and continuously worked on increasing convenience and efficiency.
