    The basket is not working at all. It shows empty every time, even when adding items. The total price keeps increasing, but nothing appears in the basket. It's frustrating. Shopping feels impossible with this issue. No way to check out or buy anything.

    The app experience was frustrating. Reading past reviews showed no improvements. The freezing made navigation tough. I had to restart my phone twice just to get things done. First, I got stuck in a Gocertify loop for health workers. Then I couldn't access my basket. I added items again just to get there, but removing duplicates became impossible. So, back to restarting the phone! Now that I've placed my order, I’m deleting the app. Two hours wasted. On a positive note, the company's service was great with no issues at all.

    Lookfantastic is fantastic! The selection of beauty products impresses me. Prices are reasonable too. I've never faced any issues with orders or products. I often buy salon-sized items since our house is bustling with four girls, plus my husband enjoys our products as well. It really saves money.
