Signing up in the app is effortless - just two simple steps:
1.Input your phone number.
2.Verify your registration with an SMS code.
VARUS and VARUS.UA represent a nationwide supermarket chain offering a wide variety of goods, competitive pricing, exceptional service, and delivery options across Ukraine.
Authorization on the site
Enter your phone number and the password code created earlier.
If you forget your password, click "Log in using a one-time SMS code" and enter the code from the message.
After placing your order, you will receive an SMS message in Viber or on your phone confirming the status of your online order.
When your order is collected, you will receive a delivery code in Viber or SMS. Simply announce it to the courier or collector upon receipt.
How to choose a delivery type
There are three delivery types available on the website: by courier to the selected address, self-pickup from the store, Nova Poshta. To check the availability of goods, choose a convenient delivery method for you.
Please note that the availability of goods and their price may vary in different VARUS stores. Therefore, before placing an order, carefully check the selected city.
By courier - if you want home delivery, enter your address in the special field and select it from the list. This will help to avoid errors and speed up delivery.
Self-pickup - choose the store closest to you. You can do this through the list of available pick-up points or using the map. Don't forget to plan when it will be convenient for you to pick up your order.
Nova Poshta - choose a branch or a post office that is nearby. Enter your city and select the desired option from the list of available branches
Ordering
Personal data – check whether the name and phone number specified in this block are correct. If you need to change the data, click the "Change" button and enter the current information.
Delivery method – check the selected delivery type. If you want to change it, do it at this stage. Please note that when changing the delivery type, the items in the cart may be updated according to the availability of the new delivery method.
Collection and replacement of goods – select this item to indicate whether replacement of goods is allowed (for example, in case of their absence).
Delivery time – indicate a convenient time interval for you when you want to receive the order. Choose a convenient delivery slot on the site with a 20-minute time interval for courier delivery and self-pickup.
Pay attention to the light next to some slots – this means priority delivery. There are no discounts for priority delivery slots – they are always paid.
Payment and tips – choose a payment method from the two available on the site. The first is payment on the site by card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or after collection. Payment upon receipt is possible only in cash and only when choosing a delivery interval with a light symbol.

Check the list of products and the total amount of the basket.
If you have a promotional code, click "Add promotional code", enter it in the special field and confirm.
Remember that the cost of packaging is added to the total amount.
When your order is collected, you will receive a delivery code in Viber or SMS. Speak it to the courier or collector upon collection. If a certain product is not available, the method of communication will depend on the choice made when placing the order: the collector may contact you to offer a replacement.
