Help! I'm a VISITKOREA member but I have trouble logging in.

Kindly see below for frequent reports and causes of this error to resolve the issue:

1) Wrong password or forgot password 

You can get a temporary password issued to your verified email by hitting the "Forgot your password?" option in the email log in page. Please make sure to check your spam box. 

2) Error message saying wrong password and cannot find member.

As this maybe a temporary error to newly signed up members, please try again after a few minutes. 

Also, using a browser that prevents third-party tracking, such as vpn services, and browser extensions may cause issues with logging and therefore we suggest disabling such services if this applies to you.

If the error persists, please take a screenshot of your error message and send an email to english@knto.or.kr with a details of your error.
