PRIVATE VEHICLE LEASE AGREEMENT WITH DRIVER SERVICE

By downloading the app, registering your information within the app, and making each new request from the app, you agree to the terms outlined in the following contract.

Key Features:

View the history of your routes, including origin-destination, driver, distance, time, and fare.

Select a specific location using the search bar powered by Google Maps.

If Google Maps doesn't provide an exact location, you can manually adjust the pin on the map to ensure accuracy.

Once you request a service, our system automatically assigns the nearest available driver.

Receive a notification with details about the driver's vehicle, including make, model, plate number, color, and estimated arrival time.

The driver can notify you when they have arrived at your pickup location.

Securely pay with credit card through the app. We charge a one-time payment to avoid any interest from your bank.

If you choose to pay in cash, the driver will confirm that payment has been received.

Receive a receipt via email once your trip is completed.

You have the ability to rate both the driver and the passenger.
