Feedback and Inquiries: You can reach out to Egged regarding matters such as change requests, Rav-Kav, suggestions, etc. Additionally, complaints can also be submitted through the app.

Are there any travel discounts for soldires?

Soldiers in uniform with the certificate of enlisted soldier can travel free of charge on all bus lines except for Eilat lines.

Can soldier wearing civilian clothes travel free of charge?

Soldiers holding NO.327 certificate with a valid certificate of an enlisted soldier/officer/cadet or reservist are permitted to travel free of charge except for Eilat lines.
