I worked two jobs with them. One was fantastic. I met amazing clients and enjoyed every moment. The other job? A nightmare. It felt like a bidding war where things started off at reasonable prices. By the time bids closed, drivers barely made anything. Shippers figured out that keeping bids open let them ship items for next to nothing. Honestly, don’t waste your energy here.

It's a complete disaster. They really should have left things as they were. Now it feels unusable and unstable. It’s not practical at all. Hopefully, it gets enough attention so that they realize they need to change something. Carriers are losing money, and shipping customers are so frustrated with the system. The rate increase doesn’t help either.

The app is still broken. Frustrating experience. Can't set pickup or drop-off locations at all. The screen tells me to start typing my pickup location, but I only get two options: My Location or Anywhere. Choosing My Location does nothing, and clicking Anywhere just brings me back to the main screen. Searching for loads in a specific area feels impossible. The app keeps freezing. Uninstalling and reinstalling it ten times a week becomes a new routine. Reading through the last thirty reviews reveals that uShip doesn't respond to any complaints. It raises questions about their concern for customer issues. The fees they charge feel outrageous. If a load gets canceled, those fees just keep climbing. Booking a load feels pointless with costs spiraling out of control. They charge like they handled everything personally, found the load, helped with loading, and drove half the distance. This whole experience feels like a total rip-off.

I used the app to get my RV moved. It turned out to be a frustrating experience. The app is filled with brokers who try to scam you. They promise a driver is coming, but then they ask for extra money on the side. Setting up a trip took forever. Overall, it was not a good experience at all.
