How to sign up for Early Bird Alerts on TenantApp?

You can now choose to be included in the Early Bird Alerts which will be emailed to you when we find a new property that matches the preferences criteria set up in your account. To Enable this feature navigate to the Search Options section of your account and tick the "Notify Me of New Properties" button. Selecting the "Notify me about new properties" will now allow Early Bird emails to be sent through to you in regards to new property listings that will be available soon. You can then select the view property button to view the listing and either book in an inspection for the property, or apply for the property using the 2Apply button for the listing if the agency allows you to apply before inspecting the property.

If you see a listing that is showing as an early bird alert in your search section, but you did not receive an email on this new Early Bird Listing, please check your preferences to ensure that they match the criteria of the property as the move in date can determine whether an Early Bird email will be sent out to you or not. To change your preferences, select the change button in the search section of your 2Apply account. To remove Early Bird Listings from your account, unselect the "Notify Me of New Properties" button to no longer receive Early Bird Alerts.

How to Delete your TenantApp.com.au account?

To delete your TenantApp account, please navigate to the Profile button in the top right section of the page.

Now, scroll to the bottom of the Profile section and at the bottom of the page you will see a Delete Account button.

A pop up will then show asking if you would like to delete your account and a tick box will also show asking you if you would like to cancel all correspondence, inspections and enquiries with the agencies that you have enquired about through TenantApp. Another tick box will also show if you have selected to receive Early Bird Alerts and you can also select to no longer receive these alerts in this section.

Please unselect if you would like to keep the enquiries or the Early Bird Alerts and then select the Delete Account button to delete your account. 

How to Delete your TenantApp profile?

To delete your TenantApp profile, please navigate to the Menu Icon in the top left hand corner and scroll down to Delete User. 

Selecting this option will bring up a confirm deletion page to acknowledge that your will be deleting your TenantApp details and History.

Once you have selected the Delete User option, you will be logged out of the account and be navigated back to the log in page of TenantApp.

When you delete your user, any inspections that you have registered to inspect a property with an agency through TenantApp for, will be cancelled and you will need to contact these agencies to book in an inspection again to be able to view the property if you are still interested

Please note that the only details that will remain once this account has been deleted is your name, email and mobile number incase you decide to recreate your account.
