    I've been using this app for over six years as a professional driver. One major thing bothers me. Drivers can’t load multiple calls at once. Having that feature would make a huge difference. I’ve used another program alongside this one, and it had that capability. With it, I could just hit a button for pick-up or drop-off on multiple calls. It would then direct me to Google Maps for each specific part of the run. That made everything so much easier.

    The software keeps logging out every 15 minutes on my Huawei Mate 20 and Cat 41. I have a fast 4G SIM card and unlimited mobile data. I explored all the settings on my phone to try and fix this issue. I've noticed some other things as well that might be relevant.

    Drivers could really benefit from jotting down notes about their trips. It's helpful when a customer forgets to pay or there’s an issue. Having a quick way to record details would make tracking these situations much easier. It would keep everything organized and clear for future reference. Plus, it gives drivers a way to stay on top of their experiences. Having that info at hand makes handling tricky situations smoother.

    This app has some issues. It logs me out at least ten times during my shift. It's really frustrating when I'm trying to focus on my tasks.

    My phone has completely frozen. Can't even add a drop. I need to restart it. Just the other day, it only measured time and not mileage. A $30 fare ended up counting as just $6 because of that time issue. Every few days, I find myself restarting the phone to tackle all these problems. Also, it's March 25, 2021. Now in chat with dispatch, we can't see full messages. No chance to fix spelling mistakes. Instead of people helping each other, they turn on one another. It feels wild. We're definitely not cannibals here.
