The "My Notifications" on the TGo website and the "Latest News" on the Taiwan High Speed Rail App provide personal notifications, including reminders of upcoming point expiration and the latest promotions.

Members are kindly requested to log in to their accounts regularly to check the bell notifications and get the latest offers and important information immediately.

Why is it that when I use TGo membership websites or the Taiwan High Speed Rail App, I am asked to enter an OTP verification code?

To provide a more secure online experience, passengers must complete the OTP verification process according to system requirements before they can proceed with subsequent operations when using membership-related services on the TGo membership website (including the TGo member area of the Taiwan High Speed Rail App) and the Points 365 platform.

If you are unable to receive the OTP verification code, please go to the TGo member website to confirm that your member information has been changed to a normal email or mobile phone number and complete the relevant verification process.

The "electronic ticket certificate" I opened on the High Speed Rail website or through the T-EX mobile ticketing app on my phone does not contain sensitive personal information. 

Why do I need to enter a password when opening the file?

The "Electronic Ticket Certificate" can be used as a voucher for business tax deduction and output tax and for reporting expenses for business income tax. According to the tax collection principles and audit requirements, the certificate must be set up with relevant verification mechanisms during the query, application and printing process. For example, the verification code uses graphics, text, special character recognition, and is case-sensitive. In accordance with the requirements for online transaction security of financial institutions, the ticket holder must pass the verification and authentication requirements before downloading the "Electronic Ticket Certificate".
