Even though I've made sure that all notifications are turned on and have given the app permissions on my Android phone, I'm not getting any notifications for new visitor chats. Client chats may not always reach the admins or agents. They might take a while, or sometimes they just vanish. On top of that, it's tricky to find your way around the online menu, and there's no option to end a chat. This definitely needs to be sorted out! The menu on both the app and the website is overly complex. We had to uninstall it because it was significantly slowing down the website by three to four times.

The latest app update has caused some issues. Previously, the app was working smoothly. However, for the past week, I've observed that it has become very slow. There is a significant delay in receiving notifications when a user enters the app or sends a new message. In fact, it takes approximately 3 to 5 minutes for notifications to show up. The same delay applies to messaging and user entry notifications. Even when someone sends a message from the website, I receive the notification after 2 to 3 minutes. Before this update, everything was swift and accurate. I have updated my operating system, the app itself, and also checked my internet speed, but the problem persists.
