Yes, we offer global procurement and shipping services. Simply place your order for the items you want, and we’ll handle the pick-up and shipment for you—no need to visit Korea (Dongdaemun Wholesale Market) in person.

How do I use the shipping service?

After selecting the items you want and completing your order, you can request shipping for the items that have been picked up. Orders and shipping requests can be made through card payment, and after requesting shipment, the items will be shipped out.

Can I cancel my order or shipping request after payment?

- For product orders, cancellations must be made by 22:00 KST (Sun–Thu) as product pick-up arrangements are confirmed after 22:00. In addition, please note that only full cancellations are allowed—partial cancellations are not available.

- For orders placed between 22:00 and midnight, cancellations are restricted in order to confirm pick-up arrangements.

Orders placed by 22:30 KST (Sun–Thu) : Same-day pick-up (Cancellation possible by 22:00)

Orders placed between 22:00 KST and midnight (Sun–Thu) : Next-day pick-up (Cancellation unavailable)

Orders placed on Fri–Sat : Pick-up on Sunday (Cancellation possible by 22:00 on Sunday)

How do I request a refund?

If you need a refund due to issues like incorrect delivery, defective items, or missing items, please contact customer service within 2 days (including weekends and holidays) after receiving the item. Supporting evidence may be requested in such cases. Refunds for reasons such as change of mind are not permitted.

What should I do if my Sinsang Cash withdrawl request has failed?

- Please verify that the recipient bank's country and name provided during the withdrawal request are correct. If the representative name does not match the account holder's name, the transfer cannot be completed. If needed, you can update the representative name in [My Page] ▶️ [Settings] ▶️ [Business Information].

- Cash withdrawals are processed in the payment currency (USD), and if you do not have a foreign currency bank account, the deposit may not be possible. In this case, please request it through a foreign currency bank account.
