This app is really good, but many people don't know about it. It's important that it's promoted so that more people can benefit from it. The government should help advertise it since this app is great and has many useful features. Currently, there's no video calling or audio call option in the app, but it's still a very useful tool.

My experience was good overall. One thing to note is that I'm 17.5 years old, and the minimum age allowed is 18. Also, there's a small issue when typing in the search bar - a new line appears. It would be great if this could be fixed. Another suggestion is to only show the logo in the top icon. After filling out my profile and saving it, I couldn't see any questions or answers, just a blank screen. Additionally, please ensure the text size on the splash screen is normal. It would be helpful to have some sort of marking for this app. The icons, especially the plus sign, could be improved. Finally, sometimes it takes two or three clicks for a keyword to open.

The app is good, but one thing that could be better is if it had an auto scanner to find contacts from your phone. Right now, you have to manually enter phone numbers to chat with your friends, which isn't ideal.

Please update the app soon with many exciting features. Currently, there are no options for audio or video calls, emojis, and messages are taking a long time to send and receive. It would be great to have an online assistant to chat and address all queries. Remember, this is a Bharat app, so it should be more advanced than other apps. Thank you.

You're having trouble sending messages through the app. It says you don't have permission to send messages even though you've granted all the necessary permissions.

So, I've been trying to create a new group in the settings of this app, but it's just not there. I checked some screenshots and YouTube videos, which showed that you could easily create a group by following a few steps. However, in the latest version, I couldn't find any way to add a group. Moreover, I've noticed that the messages take a while to send and receive, and sometimes the app crashes after running for a few minutes. It's really frustrating because I was hoping to use the group feature, but it seems like there might be some issues with the app.

I am super thrilled and happy to use this app. I want to express my gratitude for the app, NIC. Please add video and audio calling features, as well as a status or story update section. This is such a groundbreaking move. I truly value this initiative.

This app is missing a lot of important features that most other chat apps have. You can't archive chats, mark messages as read or unread, block or report users, mute specific users, or add any bio or information about yourself. Also, you can't view all the media in a chat at once, create groups, and more. There's definitely a lot of room for improvement in this app.

It makes me happy that we are creating a chat app locally, but there is still lots to improve! We need to update the UI to look more modern, like Telegram. Also, it would be cool to have a stories feature like WhatsApp. Of course, we must include features like audio and video calls, as well as group and super groups (just like Telegram). Thank you for considering these suggestions. Oh, and please allow us to send larger media files, at least up to 2 GB. 😐

The initiative from the Government of India is great! Adding features such as groups, location sharing, and UPI integration would make it even better. However, the current layout and features are already very clean and easy to use.
