Introduction

NAVITIME Transit enables users to explore routes while viewing route maps. This free application ensures safe and secure travel during international vacations, business trips, and various other journeys. Users can also monitor travel durations to their destinations, transfer points, transit stops, and receive traffic updates through the transfer search feature.

World route maps in one app

By selecting the country you want to use and downloading a route map, you can search for transportation around the world in one app. You can search while viewing the route map, making it easy to travel even for the first time. Coverage is expanding.

Tap on the route map to find a route.

Operation is simple. Simply touch the route map and enter your departure and arrival stations to search for routes.

- Offline

Works offline.

Easy even in poor communication conditions. Even offline, you can search for routes while viewing the route map. Use it when traveling or on business trips.

- Maps and Street View

Easy with station area maps

View the area around your station on a map. Even if it's your first time in a country, you can understand the geography and move around with confidence. You can also use Street View to see local conditions.

NAVITIME Transit:

- By selecting and downloading the desired country, you gain access to global route searching via NAVITIME's comprehensive route maps and railway data.

- The route map interface allows users to locate their next station or navigate maps of the vicinity to verify their current position. This functionality facilitates seamless trip planning from one's location to the intended destination. Furthermore, the street view option highlights the surroundings of stations, aiding users in accurately identifying each station's location.

- NAVITIME covers trip planning for trains, subways, buses, ferries, and domestic flights. The app is also accessible without an internet connection.

FAQs

1. I'm changing my model. Can I still use it?

If you want to change your smartphone or tablet, you can register your "NAVITIME ID" in advance and log in on the new device to continue using your NAVITIME ID, including your registered information such as your location and history.

※This information cannot be inherited by the "Sugotoku" app (service).

*Paid services may be automatically canceled depending on the payment method and model change details.

2. I don't know my NAVITIME ID

- If you are currently registering for a paid service or want to cancel a paid service, please check your payment method (fee payment method) on the next page.

- If you can log in using a non-NAVITIME ID, we will also guide you on how to log in.

If you haven't registered for a paid service yet, please check the email you received when you completed registration.) (A confirmation email will be sent from info-pcsupport@navitime.co.jp.)

Please note that we cannot check your NAVITIME ID.

3. My Location Is Not Displayed Correctly

If your current location is not displayed correctly on the map, or if the surrounding information differs from the actual location, please check the following.

■Restarting the Device

This may improve by restarting the device. Try restarting.

■Usage Environment

・Usage Location

If you want to use indoors, in a building, or in a location with poor visibility, use it in a location with good visibility.

・Installation Location

When using in a car, if the terminal is mounted on a surface other than the dashboard, install it on the dashboard and use it.

When using a motorcycle, if it is mounted on the seat, remove it and use it.

・Smartphone Case

If you have a case with magnets, such as a cover, or if you have a magnetic card stored in the case, remove the case and use it.

■Location Information Settings

Check the location settings of your device.

・For iPhone/iPad

Open "Location Services" ⇒ "Settings" ⇒ "Privacy Location Services."

Also, from the same screen, tap the name of the app you want to use and set it to "Always Allow" or turn it on.

・For Android

From "Settings" ⇒ "Location," set the location information and GPS settings to "High Accuracy." *If there's an on/off setting, turn it on and set it to "High Accuracy."

*Depending on the version and model you're using, the display name and actions may vary.

■Other Settings

Power Saving Mode

If Power Saving Mode is enabled on your device, turn it off before using it.

・Wi-Fi Settings

If Wi-Fi is off, turn it on.

4. Can I change my payment method?

If you wish to change your payment method, please cancel your paid service and re-register a new payment method after the expiration date.

*If you re-register during the expiration date, you may be charged again.

*If you subscribe to Apple or Google Play, you can use the paid features until the expiration date even after cancellation.

[Important] Regarding the transfer of various data

If you wish to transfer your data when changing your payment method, please re-register when logging in.

*If you haven't registered a "NAVITIME ID," please register before canceling.

*If you delete or reinstall the app, or if you wish to re-register from a different device, please log in with your NAVITIME ID and then re-register.

(If you re-register without logging in, you may not be able to take over.)
