We will notify you when someone accepts your invite. You can start interacting when that happens. If you are not tech-savvy and want personalized matchmaking, use QaboolHai Platinum services. Our dedicated Rishta Advisors will help you to find your Life Partner quickly.

How much does it cost?

How do I block someone and stop them seeing my profile?

In profile view, scroll down to the end & then tap block. That profile will be blocked and won’t appear again.

How do I report inappropriate behaviour on QaboolHai?

In profile view, scroll down to the end & tap report. Select any option among the given options and submit. In this way that profile will be reported and report will be send to our team.

Do I have to give QaboolHai my phone number?

Yes, it is mandatory to give your phone number for creating an account.

Will you share my phone number with anyone?

If you are a gold member you can hide your contact details from everyone including gold members. And you can do that from settings.

Will you share my photos with anyone?

You have complete control over your photos. You can chose to share your photos with premium members only. You can have this option by subscribing to our gold package.

How can I see when a member was last active?

When members are online you can see them in messages but you cannot see when a member was last active.

Why does my city name show up on my profile?

City is shown so that other members can know where you are located.

Why does your app need my location?

We need your location to know where you are located so that nearby matches will be shown to you.

A profile has disappeared from my app?

It might be possible that someone has hidden his/her profile for a temporary period of time.
