Even when I try to adjust using the crop tool in the app, it still gives me the same error message about sizing. Another issue is that it often loses connection with Instagram, making me reconnect every now and then.

Plus, they switch around who you're talking to without even letting you know. It's like they're just messing with you for fun. I tried to explain my problems to them really clearly, with numbered points, screenshots, and simple English. But their responses were just way off base. It was clear they either didn't bother reading what I wrote or just didn't care at all. Probably both, to be honest. For instance, I asked them why I wasn't getting notifications for my Instagram carousel posts on my phone. And this guy named Joseph from their team asks me if my auto-posting is enabled. Like, dude, I already told you it doesn't work for multi-picture posts! And then he has the nerve to send me a tutorial on how to enable auto-posting. Ugh. Long story short, save yourself the headache and steer clear of this app. It's total garbage.
