FAQ

Can I reset my progress?

If you want to restart the game, uninstall it, and download it again.

However, if you have already linked your game to Game Center or Google Play, you cannot connect a new one. If you play on Android, you could also create a new Google Play account.

Please notice that purchases made in your old account won't travel into a new player ID.

Troubleshooting

I've lost my rides!

When you buy a new island/area in your theme park, you can’t go back to the previous one, since you sold it in order to manage a better one.

Your previous rides and ingame features will be recovered in a short time, and you will be able to advance further in the game.

You have to start from scratch, but now you will have a faster flow of money thanks to higher multipliers.

To see all the rides available in your current park, go to the upper-right icons (tap on the one furthest to the left) to open the menu. There, you can check which rides are available to build ("Levels" tab) and the actions you need to complete to open a new park ("Parks" tab). 

I have not received my purchase!

If you didn't receive your in-app purchase, please close the game, open it again, and restore the purchases using the Restore Purchase button in the game. You can find it in the setting sections.

If that does not work, or you can't find the Restore Purchase button in your game... No worries! If you are reading this on the in-game support chat, just tap on "No" at the bottom of this question, and you will be able to contact us. If you are reading it on the computer, tap on the Contact Us button and fill the form. A support agent will assist you in finding ways to solve your issue.

If you have an iOS device, please, send us the specific receipt of your purchase. You can find it in the confirmation email iTunes sends or in your iTunes History Purchase.
