OnePlus Store - Phone accessories shopping

The shopping part of the app is good. I selected a phone and accessories in my cart but, I couldn't check out because I don't have an account, even though I do have one with Oneplus. An update - when I try to access anything in the account section on my Oneplus phone, I get an error. I can't try to sign in. I used my friend's Samsung phone and was able to log in without any issue. It seems like this problem is only happening with Oneplus devices.

Oh no! I can't get past choosing region and language. The app should've been tested thoroughly before it became public. With so many different versions of Android out there, it's tough to make sure it works for everyone. But as a developer, it's your job to make sure the app works for as many people as you can. Right now, it's not working well at all.

I was fortunate to get a pair of OnePlus Buds for just $3. It's a great deal, similar to the value offered by their phones. The quality of the hardware you receive for the price surpasses that of other leading brands. Their iteration of Android is outstanding. Some reviewers may not be pleased with OnePlus for offering such a good deal, but I wouldn't be upset.

I had this app on my phone that just wouldn't stop crashing. Even worse, they were selling one of their products at a discount. So, I decided to buy it and got a confirmation along with a tracking number. But out of the blue, they cancelled the order and refunded me without asking, saying the product couldn't be sold at a discount. They blamed it all on a "technical glitch" in their app that somehow let me make the purchase. Such unprofessional and shady actions. That was the last straw for me. I'm done with OnePlus for good.

I have been a loyal customer of OnePlus phones since their very first model and I absolutely adore them. However, I cannot express enough my strong dislike for their shopping app. It is incredibly frustrating to use - it's bulky, difficult to navigate, and consistently fails to perform as expected. Moreover, it doesn't retain the information you input and randomly removes discounts from your cart. It is an utterly disappointing experience.

Oh, I had this really awful experience recently. So, I got an email about a flash sale with a great offer but could only purchase through their app. But then the app got all stuck when I tried to select my country and I couldn't move past that screen at all. And guess what? I lost out on that amazing deal because of that glitch. Later on, I attempted to buy the same item again but it just never showed up in my cart. And to make things worse, there were tons of error messages popping up saying something about not being able to communicate properly. It was just a complete mess and so frustrating!

It sounds like you're frustrated with the difficulty of finding a protective case with a clip and without a glass cover for your 1+9 5G phone. It seems to be quite rare to come by. Hopefully, downloading an app would make things easier. However, it appears that the options available for your specific phone model are limited. Not only are they lacking the features you need, but the cases listed are also out of stock. It would definitely help if more accessories like cases and headphone adapters were made available.

So, I keep getting these notifications about flash sales, right? But, when I check it out, there's nothing there. And on top of that, it keeps kicking me out randomly, and then I can't even get back in. Every time I try to log into my account, it just shows this message "field token null". It happened before and they fixed it with an update, but now it's happening again, and no matter how many times I try, I just can't seem to connect.

Oh no! The system is acting up and not displaying the error messages properly when I'm trying to log in or reset my password. Now I can't access my account and I'm missing out on a special offer that I wanted to buy with my credits. It's frustrating that I can't complete my purchase and use my accumulated points.
