[Optional] Storage permission - Access to mobile storage, camera, and album

In Crockett, this permission is necessary for functions such as sending photos in 1:1 conversations, making purchase requests, listing market products, or writing reviews. When users upload images, they are saved to storage to minimize data transfer costs, then resized and cached before being sent to the server. Hence, read and write permissions are requested.

[Optional] App push notification permission

This permission allows Crockett to send important notifications related to transactions during buyer-seller conversations or while using the service. If declined, you will not receive notifications (settings can be updated in My Page).

▶Important notice

For those using smartphones with versions older than Android 6.0, there is a limitation preventing selective consent to Crockett’s optional permissions (consent is considered upon installation). Therefore, it is advisable to upgrade to Android 6.0 or a later version if possible through your device's software update feature. Also, please note that existing permissions do not automatically update even after an OS upgrade; you must uninstall and reinstall the app to reset them.

When I go to the App Store to update my iOS app, the [Open] button appears instead of the [Update] button. What should I do?

This is not a problem with the Croquette app, but a problem that often occurs with Apple's App Store.

It can be solved with the following methods, and if it is not solved at once, please try the next method.

1. Close the App Store completely and try again.

2. The App Store cache may slow down the update, so delete the App Store cache and update again.

You can delete the cache with the following methods.

· iOS 13 or later: The App Store cache is deleted when the device reboots.

3. Delete the Croquette app and reinstall it. After reinstalling, you must go through the device change process to use it normally.

※ Croquette is recommended to be used on iOS 13 or later for stable app use. If you are using an OS version lower than that, please update to the latest OS.

※ You can check the OS version of the device you are currently using in [Settings > General > Information] on the device. How is the authenticity determination conducted?

In the case of suspected counterfeit products discovered during buyer/seller reports or continuous monitoring, the verification process will proceed in the following steps.

1) Request for explanatory documents from the seller (import declaration certificate, purchase receipt, purchaser verification information, etc.)

2) If determination is difficult with the explanatory documents, the product will be secured and verified at the Croquette Center through the buyer's return of the product or direct purchase

3) If additional verification is required, request for appraisal

※ If determination is difficult at the appraisal center, final verification will be conducted through internal review

※ Until the determination of authenticity is complete, settlement for the seller will not proceed regardless of the transaction status.

※ Appraisal requests conducted by Croquette will be conducted by the Korea Luxury Appraisal Institute, Raoul's, or FakeX.

※ If the product you purchased is finally determined to be counterfeit (fake), the seller will immediately cease sales activities permanently, and the buyer will be guaranteed a full refund and additional compensation.

Is Croquette a legal service?

Croquette has been working hard to ensure that users can trade legally and safely through a lot of advice from customs brokers and lawyers.

Individual sellers are required to comply with the customs laws of each country and are required to make customs declarations so that buyers can become taxpayers, as notified in Article 15 of the Terms of Use.

Buyers must enter the personal customs code of the actual recipient, and sellers must make declarations accordingly. Customs clearance/delivery tracking is available on the Korea Customs Service website or on the service screens provided by each delivery company.

In addition, inappropriate item registration and transactions as specified in Articles 29 and 30 of the Terms of Use are prohibited and may be deleted without notice. If a business seller imports products through business customs clearance, please refer to the Q&A related to business sellers in the "FAQ-Seller" section.

● App - [My Page] tab - You can change it through the [Check and Edit Profile] menu.

You can edit the profit settlement account number in [Seller Mode] My Market Management Information.

How do I withdraw my membership?

- Croquet App: My Page -> Click [Gear Shape] at the top! Then click the [Withdraw Membership] button at the bottom!

- Croquet Web: Click Profile at the top right -> Click your name! Then click the [Withdraw Membership] button at the bottom!

Processing will be completed sequentially within 1 business day (Mon-Fri 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays).

However, if there is a transaction in progress, withdrawal will be processed within 1 business day after the transaction is completed or cancellation/refund is completed.

*Caution* When you withdraw, all credits, coupon benefits, and transaction information you have will be deleted and cannot be restored.
