FAQ

What should I do if Sport X10 earbuds disconnect or the sound is choppy?

Kindly know that this doesn't necessarily mean there is an issue with the earbuds, but may have something to do with the connected device and environment. Bluetooth signals may be influenced by obstructions, such as walls, pillars, home appliances, Wi-Fi, and more. To ensure a stable connection, we recommend avoiding such obstructions.

To fix this issue, please try the following:

1. Fully charge and reset your earbuds as stated below and re-pair them.

- Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open. 

- Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on the case flash white 3 times and then flash in sequence. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally. 

2. Check the earbuds by listening to a downloaded song/video.

3. Check the earbuds with another Bluetooth device in a different environment to see if it works well.

How to Reset soundcore VR P10

This article will help you to reset soundcore VR P10. When you perform a reset on VR P10 earbuds, all of the settings will return to their defaults and most of the issues can be resolved. Let's begin!

1. Just received your soundcore VR P10 earbuds

When you first use the soundcore VR P10 earbuds, please remove the protective film covering the charging pins on the earbuds. Please see the picture below.

2. Make sure your charging case and earbuds have enough power.

Before resetting, make sure that the charging case and the earbuds are powered. When you open the case, you can confirm the battery via the LED indicators on the charging case or confirm that in the soundcore App. When the charging case is being charged, it will breathe purple light. The purple light will stay on when fully charged.

Purple color: Still has power.

Red color: Low battery.

3. Then place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open. 

Make sure the charging case has enough power and the ear tips are not blocking the charging pins on the earbuds. Otherwise, it may cause resetting failure. Press and hold the button on the charging case for more than 10 seconds until the indicator light on the charging case turns red and flashes 3 times, which means that VR P10 has been successfully reset.

    The Nebula Pro capsule projector really stands out for its convenience. Just set it up and you're ready to go. Perfect for presentations, and the quality impresses. A bit more battery life would be fantastic; three and a half hours feels a bit short. Still, it’s a solid choice overall.

    I’ll update my rating to five stars once the volume function works. It shows the volume changing on the screen, but the audio doesn't actually move up or down. I think I might need a new remote at this point.

    The phone struggles to work as a router. Bluetooth connections fail often. If Bluetooth speakers connect, the issue rises. Reinstalling the app helped briefly. Now, no connection at all. Frustration grows with each attempt.
