The myBigY app by Big Y Foods, Inc. is the official mobile companion for Big Y shoppers in Massachusetts and Connecticut. It turns your phone into a digital membership card, weekly ad browser, coupon clipboard, shopping list, and rewards wallet — all in one place.

The myBigY app is free on the App Store and Google Play and works alongside the myExpress Checkout scan-and-go experience.

How to Save with the myBigY App (Quick Guide)：

Step 1 — Create or log in to your myBigY account

You’ll need your last name plus your Membership number or phone number.

Step 2 — Load digital coupons before shopping

In the myBigY app, go to the myCoupons tab or tap More → myCoupons. Tap Load on any coupon you want. Loaded coupons show as “LOADED” and are tied to your Membership.

Step 3 — Clip personalized myOffers

myOffers are tailored discounts you can load the same way as coupons.

Step 4 — Earn myBigY Rewards points

Scan your Membership barcode at checkout at Big Y Supermarkets or Big Y Express Fresh Market.

You earn 1 point per $1 spent (excludes pharmacy, gift cards, alcohol, deposits, etc.).

Step 5 — Redeem points in the app

Grocery Savings: 100 points = 1off,upto20 per transaction

Fuel Savings: 100 points = 10¢/gal, stackable with the everyday 5¢/gal Membership discount, up to $1.50/gal and 25 gallons

Free Products: load items based on your points balance

Tap Load Reward and confirm before you shop — loaded savings appear under myLoaded Savings.

Step 6 — Use your list at the store

Open your list, scan as you shop, or use myExpress Checkout to skip the register line. Loaded coupons and rewards apply automatically when your Membership is scanned.

myBigY App FAQ

Where do I find digital coupons in the myBigY app?

Log in, open the myCoupons tab, or tap More → myCoupons. Tap Load to add a coupon to your Membership.

Do digital coupons load automatically from the weekly ad?

No. Adding an item to your list from the circular does not load the coupon. You must tap Load in myCoupons.

When do myRewards points show up?

Points are added after the transaction completes and can be used on the next transaction — not the same one.

Do points expire?

Earned points expire after 3 months. Grocery/Fuel Savings expire 60 days after loading; loaded Free Products expire on the last day of the next month.

Can I use myBigY Rewards with myExpress Checkout?

Yes. Your myBigY account links to myExpress Checkout — just load offers and rewards before tapping “Start Shopping.”
