FAQ

Can I pay with Klarna?

Now you can pay with Klarna in most of our countries!

What payment options does Klarna offer?

Klarna allows you to pay immediately, in 30 days, or in 3 installments with no interest.

Who decides if the selected payment option is accepted?

Klarna decides whether each payment option is accepted or not.

What happens if my order is canceled and I've chosen to Pay in Installments?

If your order is canceled and you have chosen installment payments, Klarna may block the initial amount. However, they will unblock or refund it. At SVD, we have no influence over this process.

What will happen if I decide to return an order?

If you're returning an order, whether in full or in part, we recommend notifying Klarna to pause future payments, as we will process the refund for the items upon their arrival and inspection in our warehouse.

My Tabby order was canceled. What can I do now?

If your order is rejected by Tabby or remains unpaid, it will be automatically canceled, and you'll need to place it again. Unfortunately, we cannot reactivate or reorder it for you.

We understand it can be frustrating when an order is declined, especially if you’ve been approved before. Tabby uses various factors to determine approvals, and your spending limit may change based on the store. Our Customer Service in SVD team is unable to change these automated decisions, but we’re here to support you with any questions or concerns.
